  • THERMOFIT Studio is a heated wellness and fitness studio inside the Norfolk Wellness Collective designed to combine intentional movement, strength, mobility, and recovery in an energizing infrared-heated environment. Classes are built to challenge and restore your body through a variety of formats including hot flow, mobility, strength-focused sessions, and wellness-based movement experiences. The heat helps enhance circulation, mobility, muscle activation, and overall recovery while creating an immersive studio atmosphere that leaves you feeling refreshed, empowered, and recharged.

Whether you are brand new to fitness, returning after time away, an experienced gym-goer, an athlete, or simply someone looking for a healthier outlet, classes are designed to be approachable and adaptable for all fitness levels. Group Strength Classes - VERDIGRE/NIO

  • A structured, in-person strength training class designed to build real strength through proper loading, progressive programming, and safe technique. These classes focus on total-body strength, stability, and movement quality using equipment and weights. Classes are 45 min in duration, including a warm up and cool down.

  • Ideal for adults who:

    • Want to build or return to strength safely

    • Want guided strength training without guesswork

    • Prefer structured workouts over open gym time

    • Are looking for longevity-focused fitness

    All exercises can be scaled based on experience, ability, or current limitations.

App-Based Strength Program

  • A recorded, app-based strength and conditioning program delivered through short, efficient workouts you can complete anywhere. Hx3 focuses on consistency, cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, and daily movement using time-efficient sessions that fit into busy schedules. Workouts are approximately 24 minutes, performed 5 days per week

  • Ideal for adults who:

    • Want guided workouts with maximum flexibility

    • Prefer short, efficient sessions over longer workouts

    • Travel frequently or have unpredictable schedules

    • Enjoy following a daily structure without attending in-person classes
