Group Classes

A structured, in-person strength training class designed to build real strength through proper loading, progressive programming, and safe technique. These classes focus on total-body strength, stability, and movement quality using equipment and weights. Classes are 45 min in duration, including a warm up and cool down.

A recorded, app-based strength and conditioning program delivered through short, efficient workouts you can complete anywhere. Hx3 focuses on consistency, cardiovascular fitness, functional strength, and daily movement using time-efficient sessions that fit into busy schedules. Workouts are approximately 24 minutes, performed 5 days per week
